Manifestation has become very popular over the last few years, and it is a truly effective tool for being the creator of your reality. The idea of manifesting is mindfully applying the Law of Attraction to consciously create desired outcomes.

We are always creating our reality, whether or not we are aware of it. All of our actions, thoughts, behaviors, and especially our emotions tune our vibrational frequency and attract a certain reality to us.

If we create unconsciously, we might attract a lot of negative and painful events as we might be accustomed to focusing on our fears and worries a lot.

If you recognize that you are attracting negative experiences as a result of your unconscious patterns, can you undo it? And how should you go about it?

To undo a manifestation, you need to know yourself and become aware of your unmet needs. You need to reverse your perception from external to internal, practice self-love and gratitude, fill up your emotional cup, and clean your karma by not complaining, judging, and shaming anyone, including yourself, for at least 30 days.

Although you can not change the past, you can change what you manifest and attract in the present moment. Your life is the result of your energetic frequency.

Therefore by becoming mindful of your inner life, you can re-structure and align the reality you experience and what you manifest in your life.

We can not change the past. We only can impact the present and the future.

Unconscious, habitual negative thoughts, repeating thought patterns, heavy emotions, habitual behaviors, and addictions – are all products of our conditioning as we go through life.

We pick these up from society and our parents. We learn and take on many of them even before we are born when we are in our mothers’ wombs. All of these create our vibrational frequency and, therefore, our reality.

If you were raised in an environment where there was a lot of negative emotion, you might have become aware that you are attracting a lot of negativity into your life.

Luckily there is a solution, and all negative patterns can be reversed!

1. Get To Know Yourself

The better you get to know yourself, the more you will be aware of what exactly caused the negative manifestation. When you alter your vibrational frequency, the reality you experience changes as well.

The best tools for getting to know yourself are meditation, journaling, and psychotherapy. If you can’t afford therapy at the moment, look into the section of self-help books.

2. Become Aware of Your Unmet Needs

Become aware of your needs. If you hadn’t received enough acceptance and approval when you were a child or lacked your other basic needs being met, you might now be going about them in roundabout ways.

Your subconscious mind might be attracting negative scenarios, so you would get a chance to exit negative karmic loops. If you keep behaving the same way whenever you are immersed in them, they will keep repeating themselves.

If you become aware of them and learn to respond differently, you will close these negative, repeating cycles.

The better you get to know yourself, and the more you become aware of your needs, the better you can understand how to meet them directly!

This will free up a lot of energy in your life that has been trapped in your subconscious patterns and end many negative manifestations in your life.

3. Look Inwards

Learn to look inwards and think of any situation in your life as a reflection of your inner world.

Suppose you are only focused on the external world, on your environment, other people, and circumstances, and blame them for your misfortunes. In that case, it is like blaming a mirror for seeing a grumpy reflection in it.

To change the reflection in the mirror, you need to change yourself. When you become fully aware of this and start taking responsibility for everything that happens in your life, your negative manifestations will begin to dissolve.

4. Eliminate Stuck Emotions

Everything we feel, all emotions, and traumas we experience stay in our bodies. With time they accumulate and create serious blockages in our energy structure.

As a result, energy can not flow freely through our meridians, and it brings a lot of stuckness in all areas of our lives. To change that, invest time learning about emotions and energy and how you can free your body from trauma.

5. Fill Your Cup

When you have discovered what you’ve been missing in your life and what your inner child craves – creative expression, validation, support, or a sense of safety- think of ways to give these things to yourself.

The key is – to yourself! Once you satiate yourself with things you need, the external world will reflect that and give you even more of it.

No matter how small the steps you can take, start where you are, and you will be surprised at the positive transformation that will start taking place in your life.

6. Practice Self-Love

Self-love is the most important thing when it comes to reversing negative manifestations. Contrary to the commonly held belief, self-love is not selfish or narcissistic.

Self-love is about recognizing the divine in yourself, recognizing that you are a direct expression of the divine in a physical form, and treating yourself as such.

Think of all the ways you can give yourself unconditional love, care, and presence. Think of joys you have not been allowing to yourself and of all the ways you can engage in self-care.

Take action on the things you discover. When you treat yourself with love and kindness, when you show that you love and cherish yourself, you reclaim your relationship and connection with the divine.

As a result, you become aware that you can fully trust the universe, that you are divinely guided, protected, and regardless of what happens around you, that all will be well.

This awareness helps you connect with your divine protection and reverses all negative manifestations!

7. Practice Gratitude

Gratitude is the most powerful practice in manifestation as it is an emotion of a very high frequency. When you feel gratitude for all that you have, you relax, and fresh energy can flow through your life.

If you live your life tensed up, worried about all things that are going wrong, you are doing yourself a disservice and attracting more negative events to your life.

Create a gratitude journal and make gratitude a part of your daily spiritual practice! Ideally, do it in the morning, as soon as you wake up, and in the evening, just before you fall asleep.

Your subconscious mind is the most open to re-programming at these times.

8. Clean Your Karma and Deal With Guilt

The main source of negative karma is the emotion of guilt. Many of us experience a deep sense of guilt since childhood for various reasons, and it can be an emotion we are so used to that we are not even aware of it.

A great technique to process it is as follows: for 30 days, do not complain, do not judge, do not engage in any rumors, and do not use rude words.

All of these attract negative energy to your life. It might be a challenging practice, but it will help you become very mindful.

As the 30 days run out, you might like it so much that you might want to continue this practice for the rest of your life.

9. Make Amends

You are most likely already aware of all things that are hanging in your life unfinished. Promises you have made to yourself and others, debts, and relationships where you know you hurt someone’s feelings but haven’t apologized yet.

Whatever is hanging in your life unfinished is constantly draining your energy, subconsciously making you feel guilty and stressed, and setting negative manifestations in motion.

Make a list of all these things and set realistic deadlines for yourself by when you will finish them.


You are the creator of your reality and whatever happens around you is a reflection of your inner state.

When you get to know and purify your inner world, everything in your reality will transform, shift for the better, and negative manifestations will be eliminated from your life!
